The process

Twelve steps.
One interlocutor, end to end.

From the first document you send to the last crate opened on site: every phase of the procurement, managed and reported by a single contact. Expand any step to see exactly what happens — what we need from you, and what you receive.

PHASE I

Understand

STEPS 01–02

Where every project starts: a conversation, and whatever documents exist.

01First contact+

Projects reach us through different channels — a developer, a general contractor, a design studio, or through the NET group. Whatever the door, the first conversation has one purpose: understanding where the project stands and where it needs to go.

You bring

The project, at whatever stage it is.

You receive

A single named interlocutor, from this moment on.

02Document analysis — any input+

Renders only? Floor plans? A full executive package? A bill of quantities? We absorb any documentation independently and work it into an operational base — one of the advantages our clients value most.

You bring

Renders, plans, executive drawings, BOQ — anything.

You receive

A structured reading of your project's supply needs.

Categories defined as a material palette
The scope as a curated palette — categories, alternatives, phases
PHASE II

Define

STEPS 03–05

The project's needs become a scope, a set of alternatives, and a timeline.

03Categories & alternatives+

We identify and propose the categories and typologies of goods we can supply — including alternative technical solutions where they improve the project. This is where consultancy begins: not just quoting what is drawn, but proposing what serves the project best.

You bring

Feedback on priorities and constraints.

You receive

A supply scope proposal with alternatives, pros and cons declared.

04Phased timeline+

Alongside the scope, we propose a timeline built on project phases rather than abstract dates — grouping supplies by when the site will actually need them.

You bring

Your site programme, as far as it is known.

You receive

A supply timeline phased on your project.

05Alignment+

Scope and timeline are agreed together. From here, the machine starts — and everything that follows is reported back through your single interlocutor.

You bring

A confirmed scope.

You receive

A committed plan.

Options compared piece by piece
Options weighed piece by piece — quality, technique, budget
PHASE III

Procure

STEPS 06–08

Two supply continents surveyed in parallel, offers compared honestly.

06Quantities & measurement+

In parallel with supplier research, we count and measure project quantities where needed — taking that burden off your technical team.

You bring

Access to drawings (already provided).

You receive

Verified quantities per category.

07Offers collected & compared+

Factories and suppliers across Italy and China are surveyed for each category. We select the best offers — often several options reflecting different qualities or technical approaches — and present them with merits and limits made explicit.

You bring

Your quality and budget priorities.

You receive

Compared options per category, honestly argued.

08Quotation & acceptance+

The consolidated quotation is presented and discussed. Delivery conditions — typically CIF to destination port, but always a conversation — are agreed here.

You bring

Acceptance and deposit.

You receive

A single contract covering every supply.

Production under control
Production watched closely — nothing ships until it deserves to
PHASE IV

Produce

STEPS 09–10

Orders sequenced on your timeline, quality controlled on the line.

09Production start+

Deposit received, production orders are placed across all suppliers — sequenced against the phased timeline, not all at once.

You bring

Nothing. This is our work.

You receive

Production status, reported regularly.

10Quality control+

Sampling, prototyping where needed, and continuous quality control on the production lines until departure — for the sculptural piece and the volume order alike.

You bring

Optionally: your validation on key samples.

You receive

QC documentation per batch.

Consolidated shipment
One consolidated logistics — packed, papered, cleared, delivered
PHASE V

Deliver

STEPS 11–12

The part nobody photographs — and the reason clients come back.

11Shipping & customs+

Consolidated packaging, international shipping, insurance and full customs handling to the agreed point of delivery. The bureaucracy of global trade is our habitat — it never becomes your problem.

You bring

Delivery constraints, if any.

You receive

Goods at destination, papers in order.

12Delivery & site support+

Where the project's location allows, our team joins you on site at delivery — identifying materials, managing the opening of crates, helping every piece find its place.

You bring

A site ready to receive.

You receive

The project, complete.

Start at step one.
